For attendees

Load the programme

Scan the QR code from the organiser or a colleague. Without one, enter the conference website or open the programme PDF: Congressa reads it and you check the recognised days, times and items.

Mark what you don't want to miss

In My plan you star the talks you care about; the app reminds you a few minutes ahead and warns about clashes. If you present or chair, your slots are highlighted and reminded first.

Follow the Now screen

What is on, what comes next and where to go: with directions to the venue, dinner or trip meeting point and a contact person with a call button.

Sharing between iPhone and Android

The programme QR code opens the app directly. Anyone without it is sent to the App Store or Google Play and the same programme loads by itself after installing.

Thirteen languages

Slovak, Czech, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Ukrainian, Hungarian, Polish, Chinese, Japanese and Korean; you can also switch the language inside the app.

Voting and questions

When the organiser starts audience voting, the app shows a “Vote / questions” button: polls, quizzes, talk ratings and questions for the speakers open inside the app, with no extra QR code.

On iPhone and iPad: an archive of attended events with the programme and your plan, from which you can create a PDF record of attendance at any time.

For organisers

You prepare the programme in the Mac app (import from a website, PDF, text or calendar; rooms, people and roles) and hand it out as a QR code. With the optional Congressa server you also get:

Frequently asked questions

Is Congressa free?

Yes, completely. No ads, no tracking, no locked features and no subscription. If you like, you can support development with an optional in-app tip · it unlocks nothing.

Does the conference organiser need to set anything up?

No. An attendee only needs a QR code, the conference website or the programme PDF. The Congressa server is optional: it adds announcements straight to phones and sign-up for dinners or workshops with capacity.

Does the programme work offline?

Yes. The programme is loaded once and then works offline, reminders included, even in a congress hall with no signal.

I have an iPhone and my colleague an Android phone: can we share the programme?

Yes. The programme QR code opens the app on both iPhone and Android. Anyone without it is sent to the right store and the same programme loads by itself after installing.

Who sees my data?

Without a server, nobody: the programme and your plan stay on your phone. With an organiser's server only what registrations and announcements need is sent, and only to the server you enter. The app has no account and no analytics.
